If you have a passion for technical sourcing and navigating the competitive US talent market, this opportunity is tailored for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source and engage top talent for North America technical roles. - Build and maintain pipelines for niche technical positions. - Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders. - Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and X-Ray search. - Screen and assess candidates for technical roles and skill stacks. - Collaborate with global teams across diverse time zones. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Qualifications Required:** - 37 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition. - Proven track record of hiring for North America / US technical roles. - Strong expertise in Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques. - Ability to screen and understand technical roles and skill stacks. - Experience working with global teams and diverse time zones. - Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal. As a proactive and detail-driven individual, you will excel in this role by taking ownership, executing with speed, and solving complex hiring challenges. Your ability to balance urgency with quality, along with your process-oriented approach, will be instrumental in engaging passive technical talent and building long-term pipelines.
