Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or related fields. - Strong portfolio showcasing Interaction Design craftsmanship in a design system context. - 7+ years of experience as a UX-Interaction designer or Information architect. - Experience in design systems within the medical technology field is advantageous. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and utilizing variables and tokens for design system development.
