As a Senior Product Manager specializing in HCM / Payroll platforms with 9-12 years of experience, your role will involve various key responsibilities:
Lead product discovery using Design Thinking & Agile methodologies
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable platform capabilities
Maintain a prioritized and vetted product backlog
Perform gap & impact analysis
Partner with UX research, engineering, launch management & support teams
Drive consistent payroll capability experience across business units
Collaborate with Product Marketing for awareness initiatives
In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
Must Have:
912 years of Product Management experience
Experience in HCM / Payroll Software (Workday, Dayforce, SAP, UKG, ADP, etc.)
Strong understanding of HR & Payroll systems concepts
Expertise in Business Analysis, Performance Management & Problem Solving
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Smartsheet, Wrike, Asana
Strong gap analysis & impact assessment skills
Solid understanding of Agile / Lean methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration skills
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business / Computer Science (preferred)
Strong technical background with understanding of software development & web technologies
