You are looking for a Sr Director Sales for a people management SaaS company that has helped leading Enterprises like Razorpay, Disney, Postman, Exotel, Khatabook, PayU, and PineLabs achieve faster business results.
Role Overview:
- Fearlessly lead and own Named Logo Acquisition in India/APAC, closing Enterprise Logos.
- Confidently network within customer accounts to identify opportunities and navigate throughout the organization.
- Qualify leads, convert them to opportunities, and close deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity.
- Present and demo software platform to various industries and executives.
- Leverage internal resources to help accelerate the sales process or mitigate risk.
- Ensure sales processes and documentation are accurate and timely for transparency throughout the account team.
- Collaborate with Marketing by providing feedback and input on customer marketing campaigns.
- Build a team of AEs and BDRs to accelerate the sales motion and grow APAC business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rich experience in Selling Complex SaaS products to Named Logos in India/APAC market.
- Have been involved in building a 0-1 journey and a Sales Playbook in a similar stage SaaS start-up.

- Strong experience in leading Big Ticket SaaS Product Sales.
- You have built and managed Sales Teams in the past.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in Selling Complex SaaS products to Named Logos in India/APAC market.
- Experience in building a 0-1 journey and a Sales Playbook in a similar stage SaaS start-up.
- Proven track record in Closing Enterprise Deals.
- Strong experience in leading Big Ticket SaaS Product Sales.
