As a Sourcing Recruiter at our dynamic HR team in India, your role involves identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various roles within the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
- Maintain and update candidate database to ensure accurate records of sourcing activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing roles.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
