As a Solutions Director at MarketCast, you will play a crucial role in transforming research data processes to deliver impactful insights. You will lead the evolution of output systems, transitioning from manual workflows to automated data pipelines and visualization tools. Your ability to bridge research, operations, and engineering will be key in defining the future reporting ecosystem. If you excel at simplifying complexity, foreseeing technical solutions, and understanding researchers' needs, this role is perfect for you.
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Lead the transformation of output and reporting workflows towards dynamic, automated solutions for faster decision-making.
- Collaborate with research, operations, and data engineering to translate user needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
- Document problem statements and solution statements to ensure alignment with business goals and user experience.
- Develop and evolve the product roadmap for output automation tools and researcher experience enhancements.
- Engage with external vendors and technology partners to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Facilitate smooth adoption and continuous feedback loops with rollout and training teams.
- Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report on efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and proposing ideas for delivering insights.
**Qualifications:**
- 812 years of experience in market research, insights technology, data operations, or product management.
- Strong understanding of research output workflows and experience with tools like SPSS, Q, Power BI, Tableau, or custom data pipelines.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, writing user stories, and managing delivery in Jira.
- Ability to communicate effectively across research and engineering domains.
- Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on optimizing manual processes into scalable systems.
