Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow SPM Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SPM solutions to support enterprise portfolio, demand, and resource management processes. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers in an Agile/Scrum environment, your role will involve delivering scalable and efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow SPM modules such as Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning. - Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reporting for portfolio and project governance. - Implement roadmaps, prioritization models, and investment planning within ServiceNow SPM. - Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM) and external systems (ERP, HR, Finance). - Develop custom scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts, along with UI customizations. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM configurations and integrations. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory Skills: - Experience with roadmapping, demand prioritization, and financial planning in ServiceNow. - Familiarity with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and orchestration. - Knowledge of resource allocation and capacity planning best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Willingness to work in European teams. Good to have Skills: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. - ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist highly preferred. - ITIL Foundation a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Passion for data and continuous learning.
