What you'll do: - Engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust solutions - Work within a feature team, utilizing your extensive experience to engineer software, scripts, and tools - Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform - Produce complex and critical software rapidly and of high quality to add value to the business - Work in permanent teams with responsibility for the full life cycle of software development - Collaborate to optimize software engineering capability - Design, produce, test, and implement working code - Work across the life cycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and operations The skills you'll need: - Background in software engineering, software design, architecture, with an understanding of how your expertise supports customers - At least eight years of hands-on experience in Python programming, with deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn - Five years of experience with PySpark for distributed data processing, performance optimization, and integration with AI and data engineering workflows - Practical experience using AWS AI and cloud services, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of machine learning models in production - Strong understanding of machine learning principles, MLOps practices, and end-to-end model lifecycle management - Experience architecting secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud-based applications following industry best practices and cloud-native design patterns In this role, you will work 45 hours per week.
