Your responsibilities will include: - Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of coding languages - Creating products and features using the internal programming language Hack - Implementing web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Collaborating with product management and design teams to define feature specifications and build products with frameworks like React & React Native - Working with operations and infrastructure teams to build and scale back-end services - Building report interfaces and data feeds - Establishing yourself as an expert owner of a particular component, feature, or system - Successfully completing projects at a large scope while maintaining high productivity levels Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in building and shipping high-quality work with high reliability - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience - 6+ years of programming experience in a relevant language - 6+ years of relevant experience building large-scale applications - Track record of setting technical direction, driving consensus, and successful cross-functional partnerships - Experience as an owner of a particular component, feature, or system - Experience improving quality through code reviews, testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes - Experience with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Hack - Must remain in the same role in India for a minimum of 24 months before being eligible for transfer Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Swift, or Kotlin - Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications - Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact - Experience in implementing responsible, ethical AI practices - Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies About Meta: Meta builds technologies that facilitate connections, community-building, and business growth.
