Software Engineer III

Role Overview: You will be a part of Google's software engineering team developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users. Your role will involve working on projects critical to Google's needs, with the opportunity to switch teams and projects as the business evolves. We are looking for versatile engineers with leadership qualities who are eager to tackle new challenges across the full-stack. Key Responsibilities: - Write product or system development code. - Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies. - Review code developed by other team members and provide feedback to ensure best practices are followed. - Contribute to documentation and educational content, adjusting based on updates and user feedback. - Identify, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing sources of problems and their impact. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. - 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. - Experience developing accessible technologies.
