As a Front-end / Mean-stack developer at SmartDocs Business Solutions, your role involves working with the product development team to deliver the best practices in technology. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with 0-2 years of experience as a Front-end developer in Angular JS / Angular latest versions, possessing excellent technical skills, outstanding communication, professionalism, smart-driven attitude, intelligence, and leadership qualities. Desirable Skills & Expertise: - 0-2 years of experience as a Mean stack / Front-end Programmer in Angular JS / Angular latest versions, preferably with a Masters or Bachelors degree in computers. - Work experience in technologies like the latest version of Angular (mandatory), JavaScript, JSON, Bootstrap, and TypeScript. - In-depth understanding of Programming & Coding is mandatory. - Knowledge of the Linux environment is an added advantage. - Possesses intellectual humility, creativity, willingness to learn from mistakes, and the ability to uplift others. - Excellent Communication & Analytical skills with integrated professionalism at all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Designing stunning user interfaces, coding, and deploying high-performance web applications. - Developing new efficient features and optimizing existing ones. - Team Management, Excellent interpersonal, Communication, effective organizational skills, and solid technical skills. - Effective communication with both technical and non-technical personnel. - Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. - Involvement in complete SDLC from requirement analysis through testing and deployment. - Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge. - Guiding clients through various project stages and transitioning to the support organization. - Reviewing existing business processes and participating in the Process Improvement Program.
