Software Application Development Engineer

Role Overview: You will design, develop, test, and debug software applications used by end users or integrated with other applications by ISVs. Your development tasks may involve the full application stack, including both frontend and backend application development. You will use modern software development methodologies and programming languages, follow secure coding practices and software legal compliance guidelines, analyze user stories, write functional and test code, automate build and deployment, and perform unit integration and end-to-end testing of applications. Additionally, you will complete SDL tasks with the assistance of product security engineers and provide input to technical writers for product documentation and procedures. You may also interact with end users to define system requirements and necessary modifications. IT is responsible for LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, enterprise applications, e-Commerce development, data hosting, and delivery of Web content and services. Please note that this role will be eligible for a hybrid work model, allowing you to split your time between working on-site at the assigned Intel site and off-site, with the possibility of changes based on business needs.
