Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing the social media presence of the company across various key platforms. Your role will involve developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, creating engaging content calendars, and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing social media strategies in line with brand and marketing objectives. - Planning, creating, and managing content calendars across multiple platforms. - Collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos. - Managing daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts. - Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. - Building and nurturing an engaged online community. - Executing social media campaigns for product launches and promotions. - Tracking and analyzing social media performance using platform analytics. - Supporting paid social media campaigns and A/B testing for optimization. Qualifications: - Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms. - Excellent content writing, captioning, and storytelling skills. - Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights. - Strong coordination and communication skills. Additional Company Details: The company works with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter. They use social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout, and Meta Business Suite. Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva and Adobe tools is a plus, along with familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards.
