SOC Service Delivery Manager

As a Cyber Security Manager at our company, your role will involve overseeing Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR). You will play a crucial role in managing SOC operations to ensure prompt detection and response to security incidents. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SIEM and SOAR solutions for enterprise settings. Your collaboration with sales teams for presales engagements, including solution presentations, RFP responses, and technical demonstrations, will be instrumental in driving business success. Moreover, you will support order processing and ensure the smooth delivery of cybersecurity solutions. Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and compliance standards will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It is imperative that you stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of SOC processes, SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), and SOAR tools. - Proven experience in presales and order management within cybersecurity solutions. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
