Shop Manager - Retail Outlet

As the Retail Operations Head for our client company, a manufacturer of Footwear with a strong presence in Africa, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end operations of 50 retail stores in Kenya and 3 stores in Uganda. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all stores. Key Responsibilities: - Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards to maintain a cohesive brand experience - Lead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls to optimize store performance - Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams for seamless operations - Analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports for strategic decision-making - Support new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts to drive business growth Qualifications Required: - MBA (Mktg) with 12-15 years of experience in handling Sales & Retail Store Operations for Footwear Manufacturing Companies - Proven experience in managing multiple retail outlets, ideally 50+ - Prior experience in business and retail expansion will be an added advantage Join our client company to lead the retail operations team and make a significant impact on the growth and success of the business.
