- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate detailed reports, and ensure compliance with IT compliance standards and security protocols.
- Analytical Skills: Utilize your analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis, identify issues, and develop preventive measures to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, and leadership roles.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Proven leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in process improvement and implementing best practices in IT operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, generating detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with IT standards.
- Knowledge of IT compliance standards, security protocols, and analytical skills for root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar are preferred.
