Job Description

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist at our company, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring implementation as per agreement with Brands and Markets
  • Designing and validating cross-channel customer engagement tactics and workflows
  • Creating omni-channel digital experiences across web, email, webinars, and CLM
  • Developing and orchestrating engagement-oriented campaigns across channels
  • Providing recommendations and suggestions on the Omnichannel workflow within Salesforce
  • Partnering with the creative production team for appropriate support across all channels and assets used in the campaigns
  • Coordinating with multiple markets to maintain localized omni-channel tactics by analyzing channel operation and engagement scores
  • Working closely with platform teams to request features, functions, and data capture to support omnichannel campaigns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support UAT and ensure testing meets BRD inputs

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Omni Channel campaign workflow
  • 5+ years of Workflow development experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with omnichannel campaign orchestration and UAT
  • Exposure in setting up Data Extension and AMPscripts in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS skills is desirable
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript is desirable

In addition, it would be beneficial if you have experience working with cross-functional teams, across production, creative, and platforms. Evaluating and analyzing Omnichannel program workflows and continually optimizing for efficiency. Understanding data dictionary, data structures, and data mart in relation to CRM. Ability to work with dynamic data sets to deliver personalization. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and processes such as SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Responsys, Adobe Campaign, or similar. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, and email generation according to application requirements.
