As a Bid Content Specialist at Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE), your role involves maintaining and enhancing Gallagher's Bid Library with fresh and relevant content to support Sales Teams across all propositions. Your responsibilities include: - Document Management: Analyzing client bid requirements, creating response templates, and populating them with Bid Library content. - Content Development: Selecting and aligning answer content for bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity. - Collaboration: Working closely with sales, Bid Managers, and Proposition Leads to gather insights for content development. - Compliance: Ensuring proposals meet regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance industry. - Quality Assurance: Reviewing and proofreading proposals to deliver error-free documents. - Deadline Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely submission of proposals. - Risk Management Insight: Understanding risk management strategies and incorporating them into proposals. - Market Trends Awareness: Staying updated on insurance industry trends to enhance proposal content. In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to have expertise in areas such as writing and editing, SEO, social media and digital marketing, project management, creative thinking, and brand voice. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field. - Master's Degree in relevant field preferred. - Certification in Insurance Bid writing preferred. - Advanced training in SEO and SEM advantageous. - Proficiency in CMS like WordPress and analytics tools like Google Analytics beneficial. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) a plus. - Certification in advanced content strategy or copywriting beneficial. You should have at least 5+ years of experience in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing, ideally within the financial or insurance industry.
