As a Senior Web Frontend Developer (React.js) at Upstep Academy, your role will involve:

• Building responsive and performant UIs using React.js + TypeScript (Next.js)
• Developing interactive features such as chessboards, puzzles, timers, and live dashboards
• Integrating real-time APIs & WebSockets for smooth gameplay and lessons
• Writing scalable, testable, and reusable code
• Collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers

Qualifications required for this position include:

• 4-10 years of experience in frontend development
• Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Solid grasp of responsive design & performance optimization
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern dev workflows
• Nice to Have: Next.js, Redux/Context API, multiplayer/gamified apps, familiarity with chess platforms
