Senior UX/UI Designer, Digital Hospitality

You will be responsible for designing visually engaging, accessible storefronts and email templates. Your primary goal is to produce high-quality Figma assetsincluding complex components and prototypesthat allow developers to build responsive interfaces efficiently. This role requires a blend of creative UI design and a deep understanding of technical frontend constraints. - Design and iterate on e-commerce storefronts, user flows, and email templates using Figma. - Create and maintain well-structured Figma files utilizing auto-layouts, variants, styles, and advanced prototyping. - Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and "developer-ready." - Apply and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all web and email touchpoints. - Provide clear specifications, documentation, and feedback during the design handoff process. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience. - 4+ years of related experience in UI/UX design, preferably within e-commerce. - Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping). - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and general frontend design constraints. - Comprehensive knowledge of WCAG 2.1 standards and accessibility best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proven track record of designing responsive web layouts and structured design systems. Nice to have: - Experience with design handoff and documentation tools such as SharePoint or advanced Figma libraries. - Previous experience specifically within the hospitality or fintech sectors. - Advanced computer software skills beyond standard design suites.
