Job Description
You will be responsible for understanding people's needs, improving processes, and ensuring that our products are user-centric at Stolt-Nielsen as a UX Researcher. Your main tasks will involve conducting user research, mapping user journeys, designing process flows, and validating solutions through testing. Collaborating closely with the Head of Design, product owners, and developers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research including stakeholder interviews, diary studies, and surveys.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights like personas, journey maps, and empathy maps.
- Map current-state and future-state user journeys and service blueprints.
- Design and document process flows and workflows for digital products.
- Define information architecture through site maps, navigation structures, and content hierarchies.
- Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes for interaction logic.
- Facilitate usability testing sessions and analyze results for recommendations.
- Work with user analytics tools to identify behavioral patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with UI Designers to ensure clear UX specifications.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX Design, UX Research, or Service Design.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process.
- Proficiency in journey mapping and process design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
