Senior UI/UX Designer

In this role as a Senior UI/UX Designer at NMG Technologies, you will have a significant impact on shaping the user experiences of our products. Leading a team of designers, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs are aligned with our business objectives and offer users an exceptional journey. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating hands-on experience in designing international standard websites and mobile apps. - Applying knowledge of UI/UX processes to deliver high-quality designs. - Utilizing tools such as Adobe Photoshop/XD, Sketch, FIGMA, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects for designing. - Designing mobile apps with extensive experience and expertise. - Showcasing high-end design and UI capabilities for international clients. - Demonstrating proficiency in wireframing tools like Axure or Balsamiq. Qualifications and Experience the company is looking for: - A degree or diploma in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related fields would be advantageous. - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio. - Proven track record in leading and mentoring design teams. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar is desired. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is considered a plus. - Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities. - Attention to detail with a passion for pixel-perfect designs. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
