Senior Test and Assurance Program Lead

As a Senior Quality Engineering Coordinator, you will be accountable for leading and managing quality engineering and assurance activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, publish, manage, and execute test strategies, plans, test cases, automation scripts, and quality standards - Lead and manage testing activities, including team leadership, capacity management, and performance management - Ensure adherence to QA/QE standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement continuous enhancements - Provide technical input on design, assess impact to testing, and implement automation solutions - Track and report QA/QE metrics and KPIs, manage remediation for noncompliance items, and deviations Qualifications Required: - Proficient in testing and troubleshooting Rest API, SOAP web services, and gRPC interfaces - Strong understanding of API protocols and standards, experience integrating and automating API-driven workflows - Knowledge of programming languages for automation (Python / Java / JavaScript) and database testing - Experience in QA/QE and development, familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Git - UNIX testing skills and familiarity with API testing tools, Defect Management, and version control systems Note: CIBC India provides a supportive work environment focused on employee development, competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and a variety of benefits to support your wellbeing and career growth.
