Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter at LevelUP HCS, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various technical roles, with a focus on the financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and recruiting: Utilize online resources and networks to identify potential candidates, review resumes, and develop a pipeline of key talent. Develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures.
- Relationship Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, and mentor junior recruiters.
- Process Management: Manage communication with candidates and vendors, conduct detailed interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and handle post-interview feedback. Ensure accurate documentation of all recruitment activities.
- Management and Training: Work cooperatively with the staffing team, train managers on the recruitment process, and provide training and communication awareness.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Stay informed of recruiting trends, capture recruitment metrics, and ensure data quality for reports. Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Administrative: Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
You should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong knowledge of technical recruiting, particularly in roles such as software engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Experience recruiting for roles in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a server-based applicant tracking system.
- Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop business cases, manage strategic alliances, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and client orientation.
- Quick learning ability, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Internet and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
You should have a Bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for technology roles, with a focus on software engineers and architects. Experience hiring for technical roles in the financial services industry will be a strong advantage.
