Senior System Analyst

As a Senior System Analyst at the development center for Sber's India branch, you will have a unique opportunity to participate in building an Automated Banking System (ABS) from scratch. The system comprises core modules such as accounting, reporting, credit and non-credit products, internet banking, and anti-fraud system. You can directly contribute to the creation of these modules, influencing their architecture, quality, and processes. The absence of legacy systems and modern technology make this project exciting. The ultimate goal is to create a small Sber for the foreign market, with a team spread across Russia and India, offering an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop requirements for unified quality standards for system analysis. - Participate as an analyst in the formation of the banking system backlog. - Prepare express estimates (labor costs/timelines) for system analysis. - Analyze business requirements, generate ideas, work out technical solutions, and integration interactions. - Collaborate in the development of product architecture and concepts. - Create specifications of functional and system requirements using UML-diagrams. - Coordinate specifications with the Customer and analysts from related systems. - Participate in demonstrations of improvements. - Assist in the preparation and implementation of testing, including PSI. **Requirements:** - At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst in an IT company or financial organization. - Proficiency in writing technical specifications. - Knowledge of CBS architecture, distributed systems, microservice architecture, and containerization. - Experience in building CBS interaction interfaces and service architecture. - Understanding of OpenAPI, swagger, yml, SOAP, WSDL, XSD. - Familiarity with SQL fundamentals, database interaction principles, ER models. - Ability to read code, knowledge of OOP basics. - Proficiency in BPMN, UML, JIRA, and Confluence. - Strong communication skills and systems thinking. - Higher technical education. **Will Be a Plus:** - Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) for writing complex queries. - Experience in reading Java and React code. - Understanding of UI/UX, Data Science, and Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of XML/JSON, XSD/JSON, message queues. - Basic knowledge of Russian.
