Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project/workstreams related to strategy design, target operating model, go-to-market strategy, investment strategy, and feasibility studies.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate current healthcare systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research using innovative approaches to analyze non-public information from unstructured data sources.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, scoping requirements, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of research results.
- Develop compelling storyboards and extract relevant insights aligned with project and client needs.
- Recommend strategic alternatives based on primary and secondary market research, regulatory compliance, alignment with healthcare standards, and opportunity analysis.
- Contribute to creating thought leadership materials such as white papers, blog posts, and research publications to enhance the firm's visibility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contribute innovative ideas, and deliver high-quality work independently.
- Engage proactively with clients to identify, build, and develop new opportunities to grow the practice.
- Willingness to travel onshore as required to deliver projects in collaboration with engagement teams.
Qualifications Required:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience post MBA/Masters degree.
- 6-8 years of business analysis consulting and client management experience in the public health/healthcare service industry.
- Prior consulting experience with a Tier 1 organization, preferably with exposure to MENA clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in various areas including strategy development, financial modeling, market research, regulatory analysis, and digital health.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in report writing, communication, financial analysis, and usage of analytical tools.
- Experience working with C-level executives and managing complex cross-functional projects independently.
