Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored marketing plans for each account.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, content marketing, events, and digital advertising.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Develop personalized content and messaging addressing unique needs and pain points of each identified account.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Manage budgets and track ROI for all ABM campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Master's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful ABM campaign development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Overall 10+ years of relevant work experience
