Senior Software Engineer

As an experienced professional in the field of software development, you will be responsible for delivering high quality software on time by working closely with Engineering leads and other developers to architect, design, and deliver the product. Your understanding of coding standards and best practices will be crucial in ensuring the success of the projects you undertake. You will also play a key role in participating in code reviews and optimizations, providing technical guidance to other team members, and overseeing the overall software development life cycle. Additionally, you will be involved in RCA and Impact Analysis related to technology issues and contribute to innovation to enhance customer experience. Regular reporting on development status, quality, operations, and system performance to management will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid understanding of best practices for engineering processes, code quality, build/release pipelines, security, and live operations
• Expertise in architecting distributed scalable products using micro-services architecture
• 5 Plus years of strong hands-on expertise in .Net, .Net Core, and Azure Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS Services, Azure Web Apps, Azure API management, Azure SQL server, Azure service bus, Azure storage service, Azure Cosmos DB
• Exposure to building RESTful APIs with monitoring tools (New Relic, statsd, graphite), fault tolerance, and metrics
• Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with agile development methods and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
