You are applying for the position of Senior Front-End Software Engineer Fintech Solutions with SimCorp, located in Noida, India. As a Software Engineer at SimCorp, you will play a crucial role in developing functionality within a specific module of the product - SimCorp Dimension, an industry-proven investment management system used by corporate clients globally. Your responsibilities will include developing core functionality, building new solutions, maintaining the existing code base, reviewing product code, and collaborating with product management to refine new features.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing core functionality to support the business modules
- Building new solutions - both UI and backend - for a proven b2b fintech solution, advocating Angular best practices
- Maintaining the existing code base
- Reviewing product code and formulating test scenarios
- Constantly learning and developing yourself, the team, and the product
- Working with product management to refine new features
**Qualifications Required:**
- Proficiency in Angular for developing dynamic and responsive web applications
- Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment
- Insight into the .NET framework and object-oriented software design and programming
- Understanding of one or more functional programming languages (OCaml, Standard ML, F#, Scala, Haskell)
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs
- Understanding of Service-Oriented Architectures
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a similar field
