Senior SEO Specialist/ Manager

As a Senior SEO Specialist/Manager at Ichelon Consulting Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the organic search presence, driving traffic and conversions, and overseeing a dedicated SEO team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy encompassing technical, content, and off-page aspects to achieve quarterly revenue targets and business growth.
• Acting as the lead consultant to identify performance gaps and implement strategic interventions across Product, Marketing, and Engineering for optimizing organic impact.
• Managing complex technical SEO governance, including migrations, log analysis, and continuous Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing the SEO team to ensure high performance, resource capacity, and goal alignment.
• Integrating SEO best practices into cross-functional team workflows to establish SEO as a foundational discipline within the organization.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated results.
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Experience with CMS platforms, with WordPress being preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Keeping up-to-date with SEO trends, local SEO practices, basics of CRO, and international SEO (bonus).
