As a Senior Prompt & AI/ML Engineer at QuantumLoopAI, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of the AI models that power EMMA's intelligent chatbots, voice agent, and telephony services. Your collaboration across product, engineering, and clinical teams will be crucial to delivering data-driven improvements that keep our solutions at the forefront of NHS digital transformation.

**Responsibilities:**

• **Architect & Deploy AI Models:** Lead the development of LLM- and RAG-based systems to ingest NHS data sources and generate accurate responses for chatbot and voice agent interactions.
• **Prompt & Voice Agent Engineering:** Craft and optimize prompts, design voice-agent dialogue flows, and ensure response relevance and clinical safety.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI and voice agent components into our microservices architecture.
• **Performance Monitoring & Optimisation:** Instrument AI and voice-agent pipelines, analyze logs and user feedback, troubleshoot edge cases, and implement continuous-learning improvements.
• **Innovation & R&D:** Stay updated on advances in LLMs, RAG, conversational AI frameworks, and NHS compliance to shape our technical roadmap.
