Job Description

As a Product Manager for the recruitment platform, you will play a crucial role in leading the product strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering and design teams to enhance features, as well as working with sales and marketing to drive adoption and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the recruitment platform. - Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user needs. - Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and launch new features. - Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry. - Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and technology landscape. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
