As a Senior Product Associate in Marketing Automations Platforms at one of the world's most innovative financial organizations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of products and ensuring ongoing success by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization. **Role Overview:**
You will contribute significantly by utilizing user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to your success in this position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market needs
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the development life cycle
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Drive discovery for new lines of business and capture key requirements for development teams
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for growth by challenging current methods and procedures
- Enhance communication between development and business leads
- Share knowledge about marketing operations with team members
**Qualifications Required:**
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience with enterprise-level applications from Proof of Concept to maintenance of mature environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document requirements in formal agile story form
- Experience working in Agile environments and with Agile project methodologies and tools including JIRA
