Job Description

As an Issue Lead at Optum, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end incident and issue management across the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) stack, including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP). Your responsibilities will revolve around triaging, prioritizing, coordinating, and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations and stakeholder satisfaction. **Primary Responsibilities:** - **Triage & Ownership:** Intake and classify new issues, establish severity levels, and assess risks. - **Coordination & Progress Management:** Drive cross-functional resolution, monitor progress, and prevent stagnation. - **Issue Dashboard & Insights:** Maintain a live dashboard with detailed tracking of issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. - **Root Cause & Prevention:** Lead root cause analysis for critical issues and ensure preventive measures are implemented. - **Communication & Governance:** Conduct monthly review sessions, engage with capability leads, and provide stakeholder updates. **Required Qualifications:** - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - Adobe Experience Cloud/AEP certifications - 5+ years in digital/marketing technology, data platforms, or analytics operations - Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform - AJO, CJA, and RTCDP - Solid background in issue/incident management and proficiency with tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in running AEP initiatives and familiarity with RCA frameworks - Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, observability/alerting for martech stacks, and data governance (GDPR/CCPA) - Proficiency in tools & platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to enable equitable care, address health disparities, and improve health outcomes for all individuals, irrespective of race, gender, sexuality, or income level.
