Senior Platform Engineer / DevOps

As a Senior Platform Engineer / DevOps in this role, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable platform capabilities for secure multi-tenant workloads. Your key responsibilities will include developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS services, implementing identity and access management integrations including Okta, enhancing system reliability through observability and monitoring, collaborating with engineering teams to create reusable platform patterns, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release engineering, and participating in architecture discussions while mentoring engineers on platform engineering best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and build scalable platform capabilities for secure multi-tenant workloads. - Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS services. - Implement identity and access management integrations including Okta and token-based authentication flows. - Enhance system reliability through observability, monitoring, and incident response frameworks. - Collaborate with engineering teams to create reusable platform patterns and self-service infrastructure workflows. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release engineering for infrastructure and services. - Participate in architecture discussions and mentor engineers on platform engineering best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years (Mid-level) or 8+ years (Senior-level) experience in AWS, Terraform, Docker, ECS/Fargate, AWS infra Service, Okta, Data and Frontend deployment experience, Jenkins CI/CD workflows. - Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform. - Experience with containerized applications and cloud networking. - Experience with Identity & Access Management (Okta, OIDC/JWT, RBAC). - Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, or similar languages. - Experience with CI/CD systems and production release management.
