Senior Penetration Tester Lead Infra Network

You will be joining EC-Council, the world's largest cyber security technical certification body, operating in 145 countries globally and owning various renowned cyber security programs. With over 400,000 certified professionals influencing organizations worldwide, your role as a Senior Penetration Tester Lead will involve deep expertise in Infrastructure/Network and Application Security assessment. This position requires you to lead complex offensive security engagements, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligning with global standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end penetration testing engagements for various environments including network, infrastructure, web, mobile, cloud, APIs, and wireless setups. - Utilize advanced exploitation techniques, both manual and automated. - Conduct Red Team, Blue Team, and Purple Team exercises as needed. - Review, validate, and enhance findings from team members for accuracy and depth of analysis. - Develop custom tools, scripts, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency. Project & Client Management: - Act as the main point of contact for client engagements. - Prepare detailed penetration testing reports with actionable remediation steps. - Present findings to technical and senior leadership stakeholders clearly. - Ensure engagements meet timelines, SLAs, and quality benchmarks. Research & Innovation: - Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, zero-days, and exploitation trends. - Contribute to in-house research papers, PoCs, and thought leadership content. - Mentor team members and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions. Preferred Qualifications: - Progressive experience in penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability research, and offensive security operations. - Experience leading large-scale penetration testing engagements across various security domains. - Expertise in exploit development, adversarial simulation, and manual testing methodologies. - Experience in mentoring and managing mid-level and senior security consultants. Education: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field. - Master's degree is a plus.
