Senior Packaging Designer

You will be joining Open Secret, a clean-label food brand dedicated to creating delicious snacks with honest ingredients and no hidden additives. Your role as a Packaging Designer will involve leading and executing packaging designs across the product range. Here's what you can expect in this role: - Design innovative, consumer-centric packaging aligned with Open Secrets brand identity - Develop packaging for new product launches and refresh existing SKUs - Create print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors - Ensure accuracy in layouts, barcodes, regulatory information, and dielines - Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams - Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and sustainability practices - Maintain consistency across all packaging touchpoints To excel in this role, you should have: - 45 years of experience in packaging design (FMCG / food & beverage preferred) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production workflows - Experience working with dielines and print specifications - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines It would be beneficial if you also have: - Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly packaging - Basic understanding of food labeling regulations - Exposure to brand-led or D2C companies Open Secret offers you the opportunity to work with a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand, creative ownership, and end-to-end involvement in product design.
