Job Description
As a Senior Manager in Talent & Organization Analytics at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in redefining the future of organizational capability through the power of GenAI, fostering innovation, and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Project Delivery**:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- **Client Engagement & Solution Development**:
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges.
- Develop data-driven solutions and insights supporting areas like Org Culture, Change Management, Operating Model, HR Transformation, and Talent Strategy.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM)**:
- Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics and GenAI offerings.
- Lead sales origination and business development, responding to RFPs and developing value cases.
- Author thought leadership and marketing assets to support GTM outreach.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management.
- Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 analytics professionals.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

**Education and Experience**:
- 10-12 years in analytics, AI/ML, or talent intelligence, ideally from consulting or internal analytics leadership roles.
- Strong background in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and generative AI technologies.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing delivery, business development, GTM strategy, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven experience in building and mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
- Ability to translate analytics into strategic business outcomes and executive storytelling.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) in Data Science, Analytics, or related domains.
- Experience within consulting firms or leading GTM-driven analytics practices.
- A thought-leader mindset with contributions to frameworks, internal tools, or innovation programs in GenAI.
