Senior Manager - Security Solutions

As a Senior Manager - Security Solutions at UIDAI HQ, Delhi, your role involves managing the daily operations and implementation of the IT security strategy. You will play a crucial role in assessing current IT security practices, identifying areas for improvement, and overseeing the implementation of various security processes. Your responsibilities also include drafting security notifications, driving change projects, and devising strategies to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks. Additionally, you will be assisting UIDAI in information security operational matters, security breaches, network deployment, troubleshooting, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the daily operations and implementation of the IT security strategy. - Conduct continuous assessment of current IT security practices and systems, identifying areas for improvement. - Oversee the implementation of various security processes and identify gaps in security processes. - Draft various security notifications to be sent to partners. - Responsible for the performance of other junior staff in the Information Security cluster. - Drive change projects and build new IT capabilities. - Devise strategies and implement IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks. - Assist UIDAI in all information security operational matters, security breaches and advisories, network deployment, security operations, configuration management, maintenance, network configuration management, troubleshooting, etc. - Review and follow-up on advisories from CERT-In, NCIIPC, SANS, US-CERT, etc. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech. / B.B.A. / B.C.A. / M.Sc. / M.Tech. / M.C.A. - Mandatory Certification (any one): CISSP, CISM, CCSP Experience: - Minimum 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 06 years in information security / cyber security. - Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions and products. - Ability to develop solution architecture designs. - Exposure in leading senior management visioning sessions and providing thought leadership. - Experience in developing and managing relationships across the organization and with vendors. - Experience in advising senior management on IS strategies and implementation plans. - Experience in building and maintaining significant alliances and support across all vendors. - Excellent technical writing, communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
