Job Description
As a Senior Manager FP&A, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to provide strategic insights for enhancing decision-making and improving business performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term business planning.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models to support business decisions.
- Preparing MIS, dashboards, and financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and tracking key performance metrics.
- Collaborating closely with business leaders to monitor performance, evaluate initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyzing growth metrics, unit economics, and business drivers to support strategic projects focused on scalability and profitability.
- Preparing financial, business, and tax-related presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Tracking budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Supporting growth initiatives, special projects, and process improvements through structured financial analysis.
- Ensuring financial discipline, internal controls, and effective risk management in planning and reporting processes.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Business Finance.
- Big 4 experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
