Senior Java Fullstack Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset & Wealth Management, you will be a key member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your role will involve executing software solutions, designing and developing secure production code, creating architecture artifacts, analyzing data sets, and contributing to software engineering communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches
• Create secure and high-quality production code, maintain algorithms, and ensure design constraints are met
• Gather, analyze, synthesize data sets, and develop visualizations for continuous improvement of software applications
• Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture
• Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore new technologies

Qualifications Required:

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience
• Proficiency in Java, React js, system design, application development, and testing
• Hands-on experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a corporate environment
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and modern programming languages
• Demonstrated understanding of software applications and technical processes within various disciplines

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies
