As a Regional IT Support, you will play a crucial role in managing IT operations across the branches in the region to ensure seamless technology integration and secure digital services for financial inclusion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing regional IT systems, including servers, networks, and branch-level hardware/software support. You will provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for branch staff, coordinating with central IT for escalations. (L1 Support)
  • Driving regional IT initiatives such as system upgrades, branch automation, and digital onboarding. This role will involve travel across branches.
  • Implementing cybersecurity protocols and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Generating regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and asset management.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in NBFC/Banking, microfinance, or other industries.
  • Strong understanding of core banking systems, mobile platforms, and network administration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards.
