**Role Overview:**
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for all APPL brands
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers on various platforms
- Plan and execute targeted influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and approvals
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and platform changes
- Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets align
- Maintain an influencer database and implement performance evaluation frameworks
**Responsibilities:**
- 23 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in D2C or personal care brands
- Successful track record in managing and scaling influencer programs
- Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in grooming, beauty, or lifestyle space is a plus
