Senior Industrial Engineering Executive

As a Senior Industrial Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving productivity improvement tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing time study & motion study of each individual processes to reduce or eliminate NVAs - Preparing daily & monthly production reports involving line efficiency, stability, etc. - Analyzing present trends in production - Efficient daily load planning - Providing daily production targets and ensuring their achievement - Leading layout optimization projects - Overseeing projects on IOT implementations, digitalizing the system, and technology upgradation - Managing process documentations - Designing standard operating procedures to prevent process unevenness - Training staff for new processes and providing instructions To qualify for this role, you will need: - Bachelors degree/ Master's degree in Industrial engineering or a related field - Relevant work experience - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and presentation skills - Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail - Documentation and organization skills - Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD In addition to the mentioned responsibilities, you will also be involved in tasks such as updating Master MIS Reports, daily production report updating, monitoring dashboard updates, preparing study materials, and conducting Kaizen Audits.
