Senior Hardware Engineer

As a suitable candidate for the Technical position, you should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Clear fundamentals of Analog and Digital Electronics and knowledge of the Full Hardware Design Life Cycle. - Proficiency in Circuit Simulation using tools such as PSPICE, NI Multisim, etc. - Hands-on experience with HW designing rules, PCB Layout in Cadsoft Eagle/Altium Designer, etc. - Knowledge and experience in designing and developing 8/16 bit Microcontroller based close loop control systems and Arduino Platform. - Strong Circuit building and Circuit Analysis Skills. - Ability to analyze Component Data Sheets effectively. - Familiarity with Project Requirement Analysis Protocols including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, and Serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, RS485, RS422, RS232). - Experience in utilizing test equipment like DMM, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Function/Signal generator, and Solder Station (SMD/DIP). - Understanding of the Board Bring Up process and Testing procedures (Integration testing, protocol/Driver testing, etc.). - Proficiency in Embedded C programming and embedded system integration with the capability to develop test cases. - Knowledge of IoT Open Source Programming/Development for research & development of M2M/IoT products. - Responsible for end-to-end embedded system integration. In addition, abilities in the following areas would be advantageous: - Component Procurement - Vendor Interaction - Tools Management - Costing and resource estimation - Team management, Good Communication Skills, Pleasant Personality, Positive Attitude & Highly Creative Decision level: Contributory - Makes a major contribution to decision or policy judgment on Technical matters related to IoT/M2M Projects and Vending Machines. Key competencies you should demonstrate include: - Healthy knowledge of Embedded C, 8/16 bit Microcontrollers, Atmel Studio/Arduino IDE, Schematic/PCB layout design in Cadsoft Eagle/Altium Designer (SMD/DIP), hands-on experience with Test equipment and solder stations (SMD/DIP), and M2M/IoT based development.
