Role Overview:
You are a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Store Sales Executive at Wooden Street, where you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture and home dcor items that suit their style and requirements. Your main objective is to provide an exceptional in-store experience, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Wooden Streets products, materials, and design options
- Exceed individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Handle POS transactions, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Keep the store appearance organized with timely restocking and displays
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the store manager
- Assist in executing store promotions, campaigns, and visual merchandising plans
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Log customer interactions and sales activities using sales management software
- Attend product training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety protocols are maintained
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store performance goals
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 12 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping people
- Target-driven and eager to meet sales goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of furniture or home dcor products is a plus
Additional Details:
You will be working in a 6-day work week with a weekday off, following an 8.5-hour shift per day (including a 30-minute lunch break).
