Senior Executive Management Accounting

As a Senior Executive/ Executive in Management Accounting at Shriram Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of financial reporting and analysis processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Filing periodic returns and regulatory reporting for all types of insurance (Premium and MIS) - Preparation of BAP Reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Updating Board Pack Reports and PPT presentations - Maintaining and updating dashboards for management analysis - Conducting GL analysis and preparing MIS reports - Reconciling ledgers and preparing MIS as per the requirements - Developing budget models, planning, and conducting budget vs. actual analysis - Reporting on channel performance - Utilizing advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Qualifications required for this role: - MCOM / BCOM with CWA Semi qualified - 2-4 years of experience in the insurance industry (Life / General / Health) - Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting About Shriram Life Insurance: Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited (SLIC) is a part of the Shriram Group, a financial services conglomerate with a mission to be the No.1 Life Insurance Company in the country.
