Senior Data Scientist

As a Data Science Engineer at ServCrust, you will play a crucial role in leading data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing and implementing advanced machine learning models, analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights to various stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tackle challenging business problems and drive innovation through the application of advanced analytics techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with strategy, data engineering, and marketing teams to understand and address business requirements using advanced machine learning and statistical models. - Analyze large spatiotemporal datasets to identify patterns and trends, offering valuable insights for business decision-making. - Develop and implement algorithms for predictive and causal modeling. - Evaluate and optimize model performance. - Effectively communicate recommendations based on insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science. - Experience in geospatial data science would be advantageous. - Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Sci-Kit Learn, PyTorch, StatsModels, Matplotlib, and Seaborn). Experience with GeoPandas and Shapely would be a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
