Senior Construction Project Manager

As a Senior Construction Project Manager with our client, you will be overseeing major projects in the Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN region. Your role is crucial and demands exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and budget management. Your responsibilities include managing all phases of the construction project lifecycle, developing detailed project plans, overseeing site operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting site inspections, preparing project status reports, negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. - In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies. - Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and risk management. - Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Valid professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RMP) are a plus.
