As a Senior Capacity Planner_WFM at the leading fintech product company in Bangalore Prestige tech park Bellandur, your role will involve: - Having 7+ years of direct experience in Capacity Planning or Labor Modeling - Possessing 3+ years of experience in program/project management - Utilizing Excel and SQL, with SQL being an added advantage - Translating capacity plans into both long-term and short-term perspectives - Having familiarity with Erlang would be beneficial - Demonstrating excellent storytelling skills to effectively communicate business impacts - Being adept at working in dynamic and ambiguous environments - Meeting tight deadlines and effectively prioritizing workloads - Exhibiting exceptional influencing and leadership skills In addition, the compensation for this contract position ranges from 17LPA to 22LPA, with the payroll managed by VARITE. The role requires three days in-office attendance per week during night shifts.
